The present application relates to: a sweetener having increased acid resistance of oligosaccharides; a food composition containing the sweetener of the present application; and a method for increasing the acid resistance of oligosaccharides in an oligosaccharide-containing sweetener, comprising a step of applying allulose to oligosaccharides.
