The present invention relates to a swim fin for underwater leisure activities, which is conveniently worn and used, and enables strong propulsive force to be gained when swimming by inhibiting the generation of reverse thrust. The swim fin for underwater leisure activities, according to the present invention, may comprise: a body part which is shaped into an arch having a U-shaped opening part formed, and which has the rear end portion thereof connected to the rear end portion of a shoe so as to be relatively rotatable with respect thereto so that, when the body part is rotated upward with respect to the rear end portion of the shoe, the body part is worn so as to be inclined downwardly from the front surface of the shin area of a user toward the rear end portion of the shoe so that the front portion of the opening part tightly adheres to the front surface of the shin area, and the rear portion of the opening tightly adheres to the heel area of the user or the rear end portion of the shoe, and, when the body part is rotated downward with respect to the rear end portion of the shoe, the body part is seated on the upper surface of the shoe; and a binding unit which, when the body part is rotated upward with respect to the rear end portion of the shoe and thus tightly adheres to the shin area, binds the body part to the leg so as to be releasable from the leg.
