Abstract:
A swing assembly with smooth movements and an elastic material forming machine based on same. The swing mechanism with smooth movements comprises a substrate (11); a support plate (12) fixed on the bottom surface of the substrate (11); a swing rod (14) provided at one side of the support plate (12); a first cylinder (13), one end of which is pivotally connected to the swing rod (14), fixed on the support plate (12); two sets of transmission mechanisms (15) pivotally connected to two ends of the swing rod (14) and rotatably passing through the substrate (11); and an eccentric clamping protrusion (16) fixed to one end of the transmission mechanisms (15), the clamping protrusion (16) being located above the substrate (11). The swing assembly with smooth movements can achieve smooth movements and ensure the service life and working precision thereof.
