Abstract:
In the present invention, a switch circuit interposed between electric wires connecting a plurality of batteries includes: a semiconductor switch for turning on or off the connection between the batteries; and a protection switch connected in parallel with the semiconductor switch. The protection switch has: a terminal pair connected to the respective electric wires; and an electroconductive plate obtained by laminating a plurality of electroconductive members having different thermal expansion coefficients. The electroconductive plate deforms so as to connect the terminals as the temperature of the semiconductor switch increases, thereby turning on the connection between the power sources.
