Abstract:
A switch control circuit, comprising: a clock circuit (110) for generating a first clock control signal (CLK1) and a second clock control signal (CLK2); a voltage boosting circuit (120) for receiving the second clock control signal (CLK2) and a working voltage output by a power supply source (VDD), and forming a switch control signal (H1) after boosting the working voltage by a pre-set value under the control of the second clock control signal (CLK2); and a phase inversion circuit (130) for receiving the first clock control signal (CLK1) and the switch control signal (H1), and controlling, according to the first clock control signal (CLK1), whether to output the switch control signal (H1) to a switch circuit, so as to control ON/OFF of the switch circuit.
