Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a switch device, a key input device, and a switch device that are highly appealing and that can be made thin. A switch device 1 that can be used in a key input device is provided with a fixed member 11 fixed to a base board 10, and a movable member 12 which is supported movably on the fixed member 11 and which moves in a pressed direction by means of a pressing operation. A pressed member 120 (key top) which accepts the pressing operation is attached to an upper portion of the movable member 12, and an electrical contact/separation state switches in the course of the movement of the movable member 12 in the pressed direction. A light emitting member 18 is disposed on the base board 10, and light emitted from the light emitting member 18 illuminates the pressed member 120 from below. Further, a lower portion of the fixed member 11 fits into a fitting opening 100 formed in the base board 10.
