Abstract:
A switch device capable of sequentially increasing the number of common fixed contacts and fixed contacts to be connected thereto, wherein the increase of these numbers can be attained without using diodes. A first substrate (20) is provided with first fixed contact group (22) having a first common fixed contact (B1) and first and third fixed contacts (E1, E3), and a second substrate (21) is provided with a second fixed contact group (23) having a second common fixed contact (B2) and second and fourth fixed contacts (E2, E4), the first and second common fixed contacts (B1, B2) being connected together. On the basis of an operation of a lever, first and second movable contacts (26, 28) are moved respectively in the directions of arrows (<u>c</u>, <u>d</u>), synchronously with each other. Every time the first and second movable contacts (26, 28) are moved in the directions of arrows (<u>c</u>, <u>d</u>) the number of the common fixed contacts (B1, B2) and fixed contacts (E1-E4) to be connected thereto are incremented.
