Abstract:
This switch device 1 has: transistors N1 and N2 which are connected in parallel to each other and controlled to be turned on/off in response to a common gate signal SG; and inductors L1 and L2 which are respectively connected to source sides (or emitter sides) of the transistors N1 and N2. The inductor L1 and the inductor L2 are coupled to each other to have reverse polarities. Furthermore, parasitic inductors of source wires can be used as the inductors L1 and L2, respectively. For example, it is preferable that at least some sections of the source wires of the respective transistors N1 and N2 overlap each other in a plan view, and are disposed on different wire layers in a sectional view such that currents flowing through the respective sections flow in directions opposite to each other.
