Abstract:
A switch IC (10), provided with first switch parts (11), second switch parts (12), third switch parts (13), and amplification parts (14). The first switch parts (11) and the third switch parts (13) are disposed adjacent to each other. The third switch parts (13) and the amplification parts (14) are disposed adjacent to each other. The amplification parts (14) and the second switch parts (12) are disposed adjacent to each other. The first switch parts (11), the second switch parts (12), the third switch parts (13), and the amplification parts (14) are disposed on a straight line in the sequence in which a signal passes through the first switch parts (11), the second switch parts (12), the third switch parts (13), and the amplification parts (14).
