Title:
SWITCH-OPENING SPEED ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM AND SWITCH GEAR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/038658
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a vacuum valve comprising a fixed contact and a movable contact that contacts and separates from the fixed contact; a pin (32) that is moved in the contacting and separating direction of the movable contact by a link (5) that is rotated by an operation mechanism so as to cause the movable contact to contact and separate from the fixed contact; a contact pressure spring (1) that is in abutment with a first pipe (4) coupled to the pin (32) and that applies contact pressure to the movable contact; a second pipe (3) that is in abutment with the surface of the contact pressure spring (1) lying on the reverse side from the side that is in abutment with the first pipe (4); a washer (4A) that is welded to the other end of the first pipe (4); a headless bolt (21) that is in abutment with one end of a shaft 2 provided concentrically inside the first pipe (4), the contact-pressure spring (1) and the second pipe (3), and that penetrates through the washer (4A) so that one end is in abutment with the shaft (2); and a nut (7) that is engaged with the headless bolt (21) and that adjusts the switch-opening speed of the movable contact by compressing or releasing the contact pressure spring (2) by rotation.
