Abstract:
This switch unit is provided with an operating button (13) that conducts a PCB carbon contact corresponding to an input area of an LCD as a result of a press-down operation towards the input area. The operating button (13) is made of a transparent rectangular-shaped member, and at least one side wall (13a) of the rectangular-shaped member is an inclined surface that widens outwardly towards the bottom. This configuration enables the switch unit and a game machine that are capable of providing an intuitive operational feeling, without making it difficult to view a display on a display part during an input operation, to be provided.
