Abstract:
Disclosed is a switchable two-stage cascade energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system for a ship. The system for a ship comprises a high-temperature-stage refrigeration system, a low-temperature-stage refrigeration system, a hot gas defrosting system for a high-temperature-stage air cooler and a hot gas defrosting system for a low-temperature-stage air cooler. The hot gas defrosting system for a high-temperature-stage air cooler comprises a high-temperature-stage compressor (1). An exit of the high-temperature-stage compressor is divided into two paths by a first oil separator (2), and the second path is connected to an air intake of the high-temperature-stage compressor (1) via a first electromagnetic valve (3), a high-temperature-stage air cooler (41), a third electromagnetic valve (14), a first pressure reducing valve (13), a first air-liquid separator (12), a first one-way valve (11) and a first heat regenerator (10). The hot gas defrosting system for a low-temperature-stage air cooler comprises a low-temperature-stage compressor (32). An exit of the low-temperature-stage compressor is divided into two paths by a pre-cooler (33) and a second oil separator (35), and the second path is connected to an air intake of the low-temperature-stage compressor (32) via an eighth electromagnetic valve (34), a low-temperature-stage air cooler (29), a sixth electromagnetic valve (28), a second pressure reducing valve (26), a second air-liquid separator (25), a third one-way valve (24) and a second heat regenerator (21). The switchable two-stage cascade energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system for a ship has remarkable effects of a large refrigeration range, a high cooling speed and completeness in defrosting.
