Abstract:
Provided is a switched reluctance motor, comprising stator tooth poles (0219) and rotor tooth poles (031). The number of stator tooth poles matches that of rotor tooth poles. The rotor tooth poles are rotatably fitted with respect to the stator tooth poles. The stator tooth poles are fixedly connected in layers along a rotation axis. The thickness range of the rotor tooth pole to which the thickness of the stator tooth pole corresponds is referred to as a rotor tooth pole unit. The stator tooth pole is constituted by a stator tooth-pole iron core (0211) and a stator tooth-pole coil (0212) sheathed outside the iron core. An end group forming an air gap of the stator tooth-pole iron core and the rotor tooth pole is an arc face in a concave-convex fit. The fitting relationship of the stator tooth pole and the rotor tooth pole is that no matter which angle the rotor tooth pole rotates to with respect to the stator tooth pole, a centre line of at least one layer of stator tooth pole and a rotor tooth-pole centre line of the corresponding rotor tooth pole unit form an included angle α, 0<α≤β, wherein β is the angle of the corresponding circle centre of the arc of the cross section of the stator tooth-pole iron core or of the rotor tooth pole in the direction of the rotation axis. The switched reluctance motor has a relatively high power density, and reduces noise and vibration by reducing torque ripple.
