Abstract:
A switching controller 130 generates control pulses Sp1, Sp2 serving as instructions to turn a first transistor M1 and a second transistor M2 on or off. One end of a capacitor Cs is connected with a switching node Nsw, and a constant voltage is applied to the other end via a rectifier element Ds. A dead time controller 120 controls the delay time between adjacent edges of a first control pulse Sp1 and a second control pulse Sp2 in accordance with the sense voltage Vs between the two ends of the capacitor Cs.
