Abstract:
A switching device (10) for use on flexible material includes a core member (12) configured to be secured to and extend outwardly from a flexible material, a switch (14) supported by the core member (12), and a cover (16) The switch (14) is configured to be operably connected to an electrical device. The resistance required to activate the switch beyond that provided by the user's fingers is provided solely by the core member, the switch, the cover, or any combination thereof.
