Abstract:
In this switching element drive method executed in a switching element drive device comprising a plurality of switching elements and a drive circuit that drives the plurality of switching elements, the temperatures of the plurality of switching elements are detected, a switching determination temperature serving as a reference for changing the switching speed of the switching elements is calculated from the detected plurality of temperatures, and the switching speed of all the switching elements is changed on the basis of the switching determination temperature.
