Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve insulation between a switching element and a fixed member. This switching element unit (45) is disposed on a base plate (42) disposed in a control device for an electric compressor, the unit comprising: a switching element part which includes a plurality of switching elements (47), which has formed therein a plurality of pass-through holes (47c), and which is fixed to the base plate (42) by bolts (50) that pass through the pass-through holes (47c); and an insulating member (49) that includes a plurality of cylindrical sections (49a) through interiors of which the bolts (50) pass respectively, and a linking section (49b) that links the plurality of cylindrical sections (49a). The switching element part includes a heat dissipation section (47f) formed from a conductive member. The cylindrical sections (49a) are each disposed in the interior of a corresponding pass-through hole (47c) and between the heat dissipation section (47f) and the bolt (50).
