Abstract:
A rectifying component (118) is connected to an auxiliary winding (123). A stop circuit (130) receives a bias voltage (VB) output from the rectifying component (118). When the bias voltage (VB) is lower than a preset voltage, the stop circuit (130) stops supplying electric power to a power supply terminal of a power control IC (114). The power control IC (114) controls the ratio of on time of a switching cycle of a switching component (110) on the basis of a current detection voltage generated by a current detection resistor (111). When the voltage of the power supply terminal has become lower than or equal to a stop voltage, the power control IC (114) causes the switching component (110) to stop the switching operation.
