Abstract:
The present invention improves the responsiveness of an LLC current resonant converter when a load charges rapidly. First, a low-side switching element is turned off (S1). At this time, the time Tbh before resonant current is reversed is counted (S2), and when the resonant current is reversed (S3), the count value is held and the operation of counting the time Tah after the resonant current is reversed is started (S4). Next, a Tah target value Tah_t at which a high-side switching element is to be tuned off is calculated on the basis of a feedback signal (S5), and the operation of counting Tah is continued (S6). When the count value reaches the target value Tah_t (S7), the operation of counting Tah is completed (S8) and the high-side switching element is turned off (S9). After controlling a half cycle of the high side, a half cycle of the low side is similarly controlled (S10-S16). Controlling on a per half-cycle basis improves the responsiveness when a load changes rapidly.
