Abstract:
Provided is a switching power supply module having a built-in coil, wherein heat dissipation effects are improved and the temperature of the whole module is kept low.
On a layer (S6), a heat diffusing conductor pattern (E60) is formed at the periphery of a hole (H2) through which a magnetic material core penetrates the layer. The heat diffusing conductor pattern (E60) is continuously spread over the coil conductor pattern forming region which is formed on other layer and over the outside of the coil conductor pattern forming region. A slit (SL1) is provided on a part of the heat diffusing conductor pattern (E60), and a closed loop is not configured at the periphery of the hole (H2) through which the magnetic material core penetrates the layer.
