Abstract:

Disclosed in the present disclosure are a switching transistor turn-off negative voltage determination method and apparatus, and a switching transistor driving control circuit. The turn-off negative voltage determination method comprises: determining a first turn-off negative voltage model and a second turn-off negative voltage model (S11); inputting into the first turn-off negative voltage model an acquired turn-off gate resistance, turn-on gate resistance, and bus voltage of a switching transistor, and a minimum turn-on voltage of the switching transistor, so as to obtain a turn-off negative voltage upper limit absolute value of the switching transistor (S13); inputting into the second turn-off negative voltage model the acquired turn-off gate resistance, turn-on gate resistance, and bus voltage of the switching transistor, and a bearable maximum negative voltage absolute value of the switching transistor, so as to obtain a turn-off negative voltage lower limit absolute value of the switching transistor (S15); and, according to the turn-off negative voltage upper limit absolute value and the turn-off negative voltage lower limit absolute value, determining a turn-off negative voltage interval of the switching transistor (S17).
