Provided are a switching valve (1), a faucet (14) and a faucet assembly. The switching valve (1) comprises: a valve body (11), the valve body (11) having a first opening and a second opening (1121); a valve core assembly (12), which comprises a first rod member (121) having a blocking portion (1212) and a fixing portion (1213) which are located at two ends thereof, with the blocking portion (1212) being capable of blocking the second opening (1121), a stopping member (122) connected to the end of a side wall (111) of the valve body (11) away from a bottom wall (112) and having a fulcrum, a telescopic member (123) located between the stopping member (122) and the blocking portion (1212), and a fixing member (124) connected to the fixing portion (1213); and a switching assembly (13), which comprises a second rod member (131) capable of rotating around the fulcrum and having a first end and a second end, the distance between the first end and the fulcrum being less than the distance between the second end and the fulcrum, and a squeezing member (132) connected to the second end and being movable in a first direction and in a direction opposite the first direction.
