Abstract:
Provided is a swiveling work machine (1) capable of enhancing cooling air evacuation performance and cooling-air-based cooling performance. The swiveling work machine (1) comprises: an outer cover (70) that forms a space in which a device is disposed at a swivel base (2); an access door (76) that is provided at the outer cover (70) so as to be able to be opened and closed and includes an evacuation section (77); a fan (F) that evacuates cooling air that has been suctioned from inside the machine toward the evacuation section (77); a heat exchanger (CA) that cools an object to be cooled by using the cooling air suctioned by the fan (F); and a shroud (110) that surrounds the fan (F) and guides the cooling air from the fan (F). When the access door (76) is put in a closed state, a leading end opening rim section (110a) of the shroud (110) abuts a location surrounding the evacuation section (77) of the access door (76), thereby forming a duct for guiding the cooling air from the fan (F) to the evacuation section (77).
