Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a symbol processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining a plurality of complex symbols; dividing the plurality of complex symbols into a plurality of sets, wherein each set corresponds to a transmit symbol; and performing a replication operation on the plurality of sets, so that two sets corresponding to two transmit symbols with time domains that are continuous have partially identical complex symbols. By making two sets corresponding to two transmit symbols with time domains that are continuous have partially identical complex symbols, flexible configuration of a guard interval between symbols is realized insofar as the length of a cyclic prefix is fixed.
