Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a synchronization signal block (SSB) transmission method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a network device sending, at a resource location of an SSB, the SSB to a terminal device, the terminal device correspondingly receiving the SSB. During the process, symbols comprised at the resource location of the SSB are configured to overlap as little as possible with uplink symbols in various self-contained slot structures. The method can be used to reduce the probability of collisions between the symbols comprised in a SSB resource location and the uplink symbols in various self-contained slot structures, so as to prevent cross interference. Accordingly, the method can support a large number of reliable transmissions in the self-contained slot structures.
