Abstract:
A synchronized phasor measurement method and system having an added Hamming window, relating to the technical field of synchronized phasor measurement for electric power systems. Using fixed-interval sampling to determine sample points according to calculation precision requirements; then introducing a Hamming window for circular discrete Fourier transform and solving for a phasor correction coefficient; correcting the calculation error due to spectral leakage caused by rated system frequency offset value; acquiring values such as the phase, system frequency, rate of change of frequency, active power, and reactive power according to the corrected phasor value, then packaging the calculated values into a standard dynamic data packet and transmitting same. The inherent spectral leakage and frequency aliasing problems in traditional DFT algorithms cause large errors in parameter calculations for frequency and phase, thereby substantially affecting the precision of synchronized phasor measurement algorithms. The present method avoids spectral leakage influence, has relatively high precision in phasor and frequency measurement, and facilitates project implementation.
