Abstract:
A synchronous control method and apparatus for two winches, and hoisting machinery, a device, a medium and a product. Target difference data of an encoder is acquired according to a working angle of a main mechanical arm (210) and an encoder detection difference calculation model, and a drive current of a secondary winch is compensated for by using a drive current of a main winch and the target different data of the encoder, thereby ensuring that the main winch and the secondary winch are always synchronized, and improving the precision of a synchronous control process. In addition, target difference data of an encoder is calculated on the basis of a pre-constructed encoder detection difference calculation model, without relying on wireless communication between an external sensor and a controller, and therefore a control process is not subjected to wireless interference and has a greater reliability.
