Provided is a synchronous drive device with one electric motor and two drivers, relating to the field of drivers. The synchronous drive device comprises: two housings (1), wherein the housing (1) is hollow, a telescoping mechanism (2) is connected to the housing (1), the telescoping mechanism (2) comprises a lead screw, and one end of the lead screw extends into the housing (1); two transmission mechanisms (3), wherein the transmission mechanism (3) comprises a first transmission member (31) rotatably connected into the housing (1), a second transmission member (32) is fixedly connected to the lead screw, and the first transmission member (31) and the second transmission member (32) are staggered gears engaged with each other; a linkage lever (4), wherein the linkage lever (4) is disposed between the two housings (1), and both ends of the linkage lever (4) are respectively connected to the first transmission member (31); and a drive mechanism (5), wherein the drive mechanism (5) acts on the linkage lever (4) and is used for driving the linkage lever (4) to rotate. The two telescoping mechanisms (2) can be driven to ascend or descend synchronously by means of one drive mechanism (5), so that the concentricity of the two telescoping mechanisms (2) is improved, and the transmission noise is effectively reduced; and the effects of cost reduction and benefit increase are achieved.
