Disclosed are a synchronous network alarming method and apparatus. The synchronous network alarming method comprises: obtaining quality level information of a tracked synchronization source; and if the synchronization quality level of the synchronization source is determined to be lower than a preset quality level threshold according to the quality level information, giving out an alarm.
