Abstract:
The present application relates to a synthesis method for an N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxamide derivative and N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid, the method comprising the following steps: S1: synthesizing an intermediate E; S2: synthesizing an intermediate D; S3: synthesizing an intermediate C; and S4: synthesizing an N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxamide derivative, and synthesizing N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid by decomposing the N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxamide derivative. The present application provides a new synthesis route regarding an N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxamide derivative. The raw materials for the synthesis are simple and easily available, the synthesis route is short, and requirements for each step of the synthesis process are not high, such that industrialized production can be easily realized. By means of the synthesis process of the present application, a new intermediate is synthesized, and the steps of the synthesis process can be simplified. In the present application, the N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxamide derivative A can be reversely decomposed to synthesize N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid B, so that the synthesis of N-methyl-3-substituted methyl-4-pyrazolecarboxylic acid B is further simplified, and the synthesis efficiency thereof is improved.
