Abstract:
Provided is a synthesis-separation purification method for an indissolvable polypeptide. An indissolvable polypeptide chain and a hydrophilic polypeptide chain are coupled by means of solid-phase synthesis, and then ester bonds are hydrolyzed by using a lithium hydroxide saturated aqueous solution to disconnect the indissolvable polypeptide chain from the hydrophilic polypeptide chain, such that a target peptide is directly separated out.
