Provided are a synthesis system and method for preparing adiponitrile by means of the amination of adipic acid. The synthesis system comprises an amination reactor and a reaction rectifying column that are connected in sequence; the reaction rectifying column comprises a rectifying section and a deep dehydration reaction section. The amination reactor is provided with a raw material inlet and a reaction liquid outlet, and the raw material inlet comprises an ammonia gas inlet; the amination reactor is internally provided with a micro-interface generating system, and the micro-interface generating system is used for dispersing ammonia gas and/or a reaction liquid. In the synthesis system provided in the present invention, rectifying separation and synthesis reaction are integrated so that a reaction route is optimized and the efficiency of reaction and separation is improved, thereby improving product quality and yield; in addition, device costs and the floor area of a device are also reduced.
