Abstract:
The synthetic macromolecular membrane (34A), (34B) is provided with a surface having a plurality of protruding portions (34Ap), (34Bp). When the synthetic macromolecular membrane is observed from the normal direction thereof, the two-dimensional size of each of the plurality of protruding portions is within a range of between 20 nm and 500 nm exclusive, and the surface has bactericidal effects. The synthetic macromolecular membrane contains a urethane acrylate structure which contains an atomic group derived from 1,2-octanedione,1-[4-(phenylthio)-,2-(O-benzoyloxime).
