Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] A synthetic resin fastener structure for sealingly joining sheet-like
objects, having high resistance against force acting in unsealing direction
from one side and capable of maintaining high sealing ability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING
PROBLEMS] A synthetic resin fastener structure has fastener sections (22,
22) having a sealing structure and arranged in two rows. The fastener structure
has a female sealing section (25), a male sealing section (28), and a sealing ridge
(29) that are arranged on a pair of synthetic resin base sections (20, 21). The
female sealing section (25) has a pair of female hook ridges (24a, 24b) each having
a hook claw section (23), with a hook-like cross-section, on the inner face of
the forward end of the female hook ridge. The male sealing section (28) has a pair
of male hook ridges (27, 27) each having a hook claw section (26), with a hook-like
cross-section, on the outer face of the forward end the male hook ridge and are
inserted between the female hook ridges (24a, 24b). The base sections (20, 21)
have a tape-like shape and are secured to those surfaces of a pair of opposite sheet-like
objects (40, 41) that face the base sections (20, 21). The sealing ridge (29)
is provided in the middle between both female hook ridges (24a, 24b) and is pressed
between the male hook ridges (27, 27). Fixation between one (20) of the base sections
and the sheet-like object (40) is made as a one-edge fixation structure where
the sheet-like object (40) is fixed to the base section (20), at one edge of the
base section. Fixation between the other base section (21) and the sheet-like
object (41) are made as a both-edge fixation structure where both edges of the
base section are fixed to the sheet-like object (41).
