Abstract:
Synthetic resin molded runner crushing apparatus which has a pectinated rotary cutter which has the outer diameter, the thickness, the height and the periphery divided into a suitable number to form cutting blades, and a pectinated stationary cutter engaged with the rotary cutter to cut with a shearing crushing action. The rotary cutter may be constructed so that it is cut from a bar material, or laminated from a plurality of planar materials or any similar construction. The rotary cutter does not necessarily need a filter which is used in a conventional apparatus, thereby providing an extremely high crushing efficiency. This apparatus can employ a two-stage crushing method, thereby further improving the crushing capacity and accuracy, and reducing the drive power to increase the lifetime.
