Abstract:
The present invention relates to a synthetic rubber latex resin composition and a method for manufacturing a polymer fabric including a microcell foam by using same and, more specifically, to a latex resin composition containing synthetic rubber latex as a main component, polyalkylene glycol as a defoamer, an acryl emulsion as a thickener, and sodium polyacrylate as a stabilizer, and to a method for manufacturing a polymer fabric by using same. According to the present invention, unlike conventional coated gloves in which only an air layer with large pores is restrictively formed in the surface, a lot of micropores are formed from the surface of the polymer fabric to the inner side thereof via penetrating coating, leading to superior effects of uniformly satisfying excellent air permeability, sense of gripping, flexibility, oil resistance, sweat absorption, sense of touch for a mobile phone, and like.
