Abstract:

A syringe (12) of a syringe assembly (10) comprises: a trunk part (20) that can be filled with a medicinal solution (M1); and a female nozzle (22) that extends from the tip of the trunk part (20) and has a communication opening (32) on the base thereof. The trunk part (20) has a tip wall surface (30) and a side wall surface (28) that is coated with a liquid lubricant (L). The tip wall surface (30) has a recess (36a) that is disposed radially more outward than an inner edge (34) that is adjacent to the communication opening (32), and that is more recessed in the tip direction than at least a portion of the inner edge (34). The recess (36a) is disposed so as to surround the circumference of the communication opening (32) and can retain the liquid lubricant (L).
