Abstract:
The present invention relates to a syringe integrated with both a safety means and a filtering means, the syringe being formed so as to have excellent assemblability and workability through the minimization of all the constituent elements, enable an injection fluid in which insoluble materials such as glass or rubber chips are not mixed to be stably provided because of an improved structure related to filtering and safety, and enable a needle portion to be completely blocked from the outside such that exposure to a secondary infection and the like after the syringe is used is prevented. The present invention comprises: a syringe cylinder (20) in which a predetermined amount of injection fluid is stored by a piston (10); a needle holder applying a needle (30); and a connector (40) fitted and interposed in a space between the needle holder and the syringe cylinder, wherein the connector (40) further comprises a filter (60) embedded therein in order to prevent internal inflow of the insoluble materials, and the safety means (100) for determining whether to block a needle tip while being slid and spread out on the needle.
