Abstract:
In a syringe (10A) constituting a prefilled syringe (12A), when a cap body (42a) is attached to a cylindrical portion (24a), a first sealing portion (56) is compressed toward the radially inner side by the inner circumferential surface constituting an opening portion (30) of the cylindrical portion (24a) so as to liquidtightly seal the leading end portion of a flow path (32), and a second sealing portion (58a) is compressed toward the radially inner side by the inner circumferential surface of a base end portion (36) of the cylindrical portion (24a) so as to liquidtightly seal the base end portion of the flow path (32).
