Title:
SYSTEM FOR ADJUSTING AND INSPECTING LIGHT TRANSMISSION MODULE, METHOD FOR ADJUSTING AND INSPECTING LIGHT TRANSMISSION MODULE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHT TRANSMISSION MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/216150
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the adjustment and inspection of a light transmission module, a wavelength approximation function and an optical output intensity approximation function in which an operation parameter of the light transmission module is set as a variable are obtained on the basis of static characteristics, a value of an operation parameter, at which a residual difference between a value of an evaluation function using the obtained the optical output intensity approximation function and the obtained wavelength approximation function and a target value set on the basis of an inspection standard becomes minimal, is obtained by optimization calculation, and the dynamic characteristics of the optical output are measured by using the obtained operation parameter value as an operation condition.
