The present invention is provided with: a display unit for displaying a system configuration setting screen including a system configuration display region and a summary display region; an add-in software product specification storage unit (24) for associating and storing, for each add-in software, an add-in software setting subject and network information which indicates a network to be used to link to the setting subject; an add-in software display unit (23) for displaying, as a component list in the summary display region, a summary of the add-in software stored in the add-in software product specification storage unit (24); an automatic link confirmation unit (26) for determining, on the basis of the network information, whether add-in software selected from the component list and arranged in the system configuration display region can be connected to a setting subject; and an add-in software arranging unit (25) for connecting an image indicating the add-in software arranged in the system configuration display region to a system displayed in the system configuration display region on the basis of the network information when the result of the determination is that a connection can be made.
