Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for assisting communication between a hearing-impaired taxi driver and a passenger, the system comprising: a first terminal disposed near a dashboard to run an application; and a second terminal disposed behind the backrest of a front seat to run the application, wherein the respective terminals are operated in linkage with each other through wired or wireless communication. The system is implemented such that the hearing-impaired taxi driver and the passenger communicate with each other through an input means provided by the system in order to allow the taxi driver and passenger to convey and confirm each other's intentions, thus solving the existing difficulty that hearing-impaired people have of finding employment or running a business as a taxi driver, and providing hearing-impaired people with greater freedom and variety in choosing careers.
