Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for automatically separating and stacking iron core steps for transformers, the system enabling multiple sheets of iron cores, constituting transformer cores, to be automatically separated one step by one step composed of multiple sheets, and then stacking same in a predetermined shape. The present invention provides a system for automatically separating and stacking iron core steps for transformers, the system automatizing all of a process of separating multiple iron cores, randomly stacked on a pallet, one step by one step composed of multiple sheets, a process of automatically stacking the iron cores into a predetermined shape in which coils can be assembled, and the like, and thus being capable of maximizing a reduction in working hours and improvements in productivity for the production of transformer cores.
