Abstract:
A system for automatically setting sensor sensitivity of a load meter for use in a press machine, or the like, especially a system for automatically setting sensor sensitivity of a load meter in which output data from a sensor is matched to a reference value by regulating a sensor amplifier and a material is pressed with an exact set load. For example, a CPU compares output data from a digital amplifier incorporating sensitivity regulation with output data from a calibrator. When the difference of a predetermined value or above exists between the both types of data, the CPU delivers a control signal to the digital amplifier incorporating sensitivity regulation and regulates sensitivity of a digital amplifier incorporating sensitivity regulation. With such an arrangement, sensitivity of the sensor can be regulated automatically.
