Abstract:
A system for cancelling micro vibration during turning processing, and a method therefor, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a driving unit for driving a tool table; a calculation unit for calculating micro movement distance of the tool table according to the rotation speed of driving of the tool table and to processing conditions set for a workpiece; a sensor unit which is mounted on the tool table, and which detects acceleration signals for sections in which the workpiece stops or rapidly moves; and a control unit which receives the signals from the sensor unit so as to control the drive of the driving unit according to the micro movement distance calculated by the calculation unit, and which controls that a micro movement can be performed in a direction different from the vibration direction of the tool table. In addition, the system for cancelling micro vibration during turning processing, and a method therefor can be variously implemented according to an embodiment.
