Abstract:
The present invention is configured to: supply a small amount of LNG to a consumer via a gaseous LNG consumer supply line while allowing liquid LNG to discharge cold energy through a load heat exchanger, so as to increase the rate of conversion of the liquid LNG to gaseous LNG within an LNG storage tank, thereby increasing the temperature of or vaporizing the liquid LNG; allow the load heat exchanger to cool a warehouse and the like by using the cold energy of the LNG; if a large cold energy load is required via the load heat exchanger, supply the cold energy sufficiently to a load and allow the LNG to be liquefied in a reliquefier, thereby allowing LNG storage tanks of a sufficient size to be built in various areas and therefrom delivering a small amount of gaseous LNG to consumers; and generate electricity using waste heat discharged from a reliquefaction system, thereby allowing the active utilization of the wasted cold energy of the liquid LNG and thus expanding the use and dissemination of the LNG.
