The inventive systems relates to the electronic commerce and can be used by users of a network for paying for access to paid information resources, including a global network, and respecting secrecy and protection of payment during payment and purchase of electronic products and services in real time. The invention simplifies the payment of services in a telecommunication network, such as Internet for example,. The systems provide practically immediate access to the paid resources after resorting to the server of a vendor. The system ensures confidentiality of the client's payments by exchanging identification codes through Internet and telephone network. The inventive systems comprise users' terminals, the server of the vendor containing the paid resources and/or a server of a paying system. The servers are used for transmitting to a client an access code to a paid resource by a channel of a telephone network or Internet, and are also used for gaining access by confirming a code through another communication channel.
