Abstract:
Provided is a system comprising a calculation device located on the earth and a communication control device that is mounted on a flight vehicle irradiating beams, thereby forming a cell in a target area on the earth and providing a wireless communication service to user terminals in the cell, and that controls communications of the flight vehicle, wherein the communication control device including: a position information acquiring unit that acquires position information indicating the three dimensional position of the flight vehicle; an attitude information acquiring unit that acquires attitude information indicating the attitude of the flight vehicle; a flight vehicle information transmitting unit that transmits the position information and the attitude information toward the calculation device; a control information receiving unit receives, from the calculation device, beam control information calculated by the calculation device on the basis of the position information and the attitude information and used for covering the target area by the cell; and a beam control unit that controls the beams on the basis of the control information.
