Abstract:
A system for controlling a notification event and a method thereof are provided. An electronic device may include: a communication interface configured to communicate with an external device; and a controller configured to transmit information about a notification event which is set in the electronic device, to the external device through the communication interface when it is determined that a battery level at a first time is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, and the notification event is scheduled for a second time which is within a pre-defined time interval from the first time.
