Abstract:
A controller acquires terrain data that indicates the terrain of a work site. The controller acquires material data that indicates the position of a material. The controller computes, on the basis of the material data, an evaluation function for each of a plurality of candidates for a travel path determined from the terrain data. The evaluation function includes a material function pertaining to the quantity of the material. The controller determines, as the travel path, a candidate having the smallest evaluation function from among the plurality of candidates.
